A 13-storey (plus basement and roof terrace) net zero carbon mixed-use retail, office and restaurant building for Eaton Real Estate in the heart of Tokyo, including the first use in Japan of low CO2 concrete in a steel structure reducing the embodied carbon in the concrete by 40%.
